- The customer will provide all hardware and software plus the Odoo Enterprise License Latest Version under the Avalon name.

The project will start running on the cloud instance provided by Avalon, which will cost up to 75$/M for 25 concurrent users, including test instances. Before project go live, we are going to calculate expected workload and provide the related instance with a reasonable cost.
- For Visits Outside the Capital, the customer will provide Housing, Transportation, and a per dime allowance.
- The customer can review the application in action on [https://demo.odoo.com].
- Avalon Company is committed to guaranteeing the modifications and additions owned by Avalon Company (Avalon modules only) for one year starting from the date of sales order confirmation.
- Avalon warranty does not include any system malfunctions that do not result from Avalon modules.
- All hours' expiration date is one year from the sales order confirmation date.
All Prices are not including Taxes.
- Man/Hours is a unit of measure for team efforts to implement a task and for tasks that may consume more than 4 hours, Avalon team will get approval from the customer. It can be calculated as follow:
- 1 Man/Hour = 0 Hour for pre-sales meetings and related sales meetings.
- 1 Man/Hour = 0-.5-1 Hour for testing and review meetings.
- 1 Man/Hour = 1 Hour for normal task that requires mid-level resource.
- 1 Man/Hour = 1.5 Hours for normal task that requires expert resource.
- 1 Man/Hour = 2 Hours for complex task that requires specialist resource.
- Support Task Priority is defined by the level of urgency for the required task while on all cases Avalon team will respond instantly and based on the priority the solution will take place. It has the following priorities:
- P1: Usually, it is a production issues which is blocking the daily operations such as production instance down. Avalon team will work on it instantly.
- P2: It is a production issues which is not blocking the daily operations such as a report is not loading. Avalon team will work on it in working hours and it may take about two working days to be solved.
- P3: Usually, it is a non-production issues which is not requires fast actions such as test server creation. Avalon team will work on it in working hours and may it take more than two working days to be delivered.
